Job Description

Turning moments into memories for our guests and owners by being an ambassadors for our brand, our property and our community. As a Front Desk / Concierge, you will use your passion for personalized guest service bycreating an exceptional owner journey. You are committed to taking care of the Owners and Guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.What you will be doing:Reporting to the Director, Residences, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Handlethe day-to-day operations and ensure service standard are followed with friendly and engagement serviceHandle the Owner arrival experience, departure experience, requests & concerns; and react quickly to guarantee memorable moments for our Owners & GuestsInsure Owner homes meet standards of quality and cleanliness by performing home inspectionsPerform light housekeeping and maintenance duties as requiredResponsible for the Manager on Duty and Night Audit proceduresEnsure all service standard are followed with friendly and engagingservice, handle owner concerns and react quicklyProudly be an ambassador of the property and brand, promoting our facilitiesFollow department policies, procedures, PCI and service standardsFollow all healthy & safety policiesOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:Customer service experience is an assetPrior experience working in Hotel or Residential PropertyPrior experience working with Hotel operating systemAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamOutstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):Frequent standing and walking throughout shiftOccasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, liftingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsFrequent standing and walking throughout shiftAbility to move and lift up to 25lbs.Visa Requirements: You must provide proof that you are legally entitled to work in the United States.
