The ideal candidate will have experience in providing comprehensive care to patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid diseases, and other hormonal conditions. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with endocrine disorders, including taking detailed medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering appropriate diagnostic tests.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications, providing patient education, and recommending lifestyle modifications.Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.Collaborate with endocrinologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.Provide patient education on disease management, medication adherence, and preventive health measures.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.Participate in clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education activities to stay current with advances in endocrinology.Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.Current Nurse Practitioner license in MA.Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized certifying body (e.g., ANCC, AANP).Strong clinical skills in managing endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid diseases, and metabolic bone diseases.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with insulin pump management and continuous glucose monitoring systems.Experience in patient education and chronic disease management.Salary Range:

95K - 120K
