A Colorado-based employer is seeking to add a Network Technician III to their team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis for a hybrid role in Woodland Park, CO. This expanding broadband company offers fiber internet services to residential and small business customers. The hired individual will handle all incoming and escalated tasks, including assigning new IP addresses, troubleshooting network-related problems, and provisioning routers. As a Network Technician III, your main role is to offer an advanced level of support to the technical support team and resolve customer issues. You will provide daily support to ensure that incidents and customer requests are handled according to quality standards and the company's objectives are met. You should be capable of assisting end users with TV, LTE internet, and wireless issues. The pay rate is $30.00 per hour. Training will be 2-3 weeks on-site, hotel accommodations are provided.
