About this roleResponsible for collaborating with ERP cross-functional areas by serving as a technical resource, fielding questions, developing design changes, identifying touchpoints, and configuring Business Processes. Reviews specifications of system updates, feature releases, and service desk tickets to determine possible impacts to the ERP system. Research and develop system solutions and participate in meetings and testing efforts.

What a day of an Enterprise Solutions Analyst looks like:Documents and assesses the architecture, design, functionality, and workflow of business processes to ensure that technology standards, industry standards, and best practices are being employed. Analyzes requests for changes, makes configuration changes to business processes, and participates in testing changes.Acts as an internal consultant regarding system capabilities and assists in cross-functional research, design, and modification efforts of business processes and configuration settings.Troubleshoot business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, business logic and configuration of the ERP system to execute desired business practice and functionality.Adheres to Information Technology and security standards and implements appropriate security safeguards to protect and maintain confidentiality and privacy of information.Provides support for ERP system issues and change requests routed through the service desk. Reviews product release notes, assesses new and updated features, and understands the impacts to business processes in all functional area touchpoints.Monitors enterprise systems and participates in procedures that ensure well-controlled and efficient environments by defining, documenting, developing, enforcing, and maintaining system standards.Participates in training and mentoring activities for fellow team members in the enterprise systems group.Maintains knowledge of the enterprise system and completes ongoing training activities to maintain certifications and cross functional knowledge. Travel to training workshops, conferences, meetings, and professional association events outside of college locations as needed.Assists in discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand business and information needs across the college and to participate in making system architecture and design recommendations. Conducts research on business processes and assists others in conducting research.Functions in an on-call capacity when requested.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.We'd love to hear from you if you have the following

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or Associates degree and four years of related experienceOne year of related experience with Workday Business Processes or similar applicationsKnowledge of:

Technology solutions for functional areas including business processes and configurations, administration, and tenant managementDevelopment methodologies, project plans, roadmaps, and release proceduresEnterprise systems security concepts and tenant configurationMicrosoft Office Professional or similar applicationsSkilled in:

Business process analysis, administration, and configurationAttention to detail while maintaining effective time and task managementAbility to:

Effectively communicate verbally and in writing on a regular basis with internal and external customers, build relationships, manage customer expectations, and take responsibility for a high level of serviceThink logicallyExpress and present technical concepts and information in a manner easily understood by othersLicenses, Registration, Certifications, or Special Requirements:

The minimum base pay range for this position starts at $55,208.00 - $60,728.80 annually; however, the offer may vary based on the candidate's education and experience.
