Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs, including shingle, metal, tile, and flat roofs. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials, tools, and techniques.Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions, ensuring accuracy and precision.Inspect roofs for damage, leaks, or other issues, and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.Apply waterproofing materials, sealants, and adhesives to ensure the integrity of the roof.Collaborate with other team members, including laborers and supervisors, to complete projects on time and within budget.Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and disposal of materials and debris.Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the completed work.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Roofer, with a strong understanding of roofing materials, tools, and techniques.Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and precipitation.Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to roofing work.Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and equipment and perform manual labor for extended periods.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to lift over 50 plus pounds on a regular basisBenefits:
