The Regional Business Development Manager is in charge of driving the marketing strategy and promotion of products and/or platforms that meet customer needs, contribute to the growth and strategy of the region.

The main missions of the role are:

Be the key sales interface for product/platform development.Build and maintain technical intimacy with the customer.Provide commercial support before and during RFx by offering product and/or platform expertise.Collaborate with project teams in updating dedicated tools.Participate in the construction of the innovation strategy and platforms, business development and sales and ensure their deployment.Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management.Internal relations

Reports hierarchically to the Global Product DirectorCollaborate with sales, projects and R&D teams.Coordinates with the Business Group and the Regional Purchasing and Commodities teams certain strategic actions (parts, prices, resources) during the early selling phases (RFI/RFQ).External relations

Represents the company to the customer (product and platform expertise)Suppliers and partnersYour profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:

Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in engineering/ Business and /or equivalent work experience field.

Experience:

+5 years automotive industry (Electronics background preferred)Skills & Competencies:

Technical knowledge of the product and production:Financial knowledge (P&L, etc...)Fluent in EnglishAbility to develop strong customer relationships.Excellent communication skills (oral and written)Teamwork oriented.Negotiations skillsAction oriented person with strong organizational skills.Drive results, collaborate with others, customer focus (internal/external).
