Description
We are currently seeking a Quality Mechanical Inspector to join our 2nd shift team in
Merrimack, New Hampshire . You will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality for our products. Your attention to detail and expertise in mechanical inspections will contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed and accurate mechanical inspections such as FAI's, Gage R&R, OQ, PQ, and IQ inspections to drawing requirements.Utilize various inspection tools and equipment, such as a CMM, micrometers, calipers, and gauges, to perform measurements and assessmentsConduct visual inspections to identify any defects or deviations from specificationsDocument inspection results and maintain detailed inspection reportsCollaborate with production and engineering teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actionsParticipate in root cause analysis activities to identify the underlying causes of quality issuesMonitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulationsRequirements
Minimum 1 year experience as a mechanical inspectionMinimum 1 year CMM experienceMust have basic CMM programming experience required with knowledge of Hexagon PCDMISMust have experience with optical comparators, tool mics, pin gages, etc.Must have basic understanding of GD&T measurementsExcellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications confidently
Compensation: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

A banner year for finding great team members! Dennis joins the Technical / Engineering group, assisting in the growth of the business. Kassey joins the Administrative team offering expertise in the Administrative and Human Resources job market.
