We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team in the plastics industry. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety before they are shipped out. Your keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills will be crucial in identifying any defects or issues in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of plastic products to ensure they meet quality standardsIdentify and document any defects or non-conformities in the manufacturing processImplement quality control measures and procedures to improve overall product qualityCollaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide feedback for process improvementPerform random sampling and inspections of raw materials and finished productsReview and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure complianceConduct root cause analysis for quality failures and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate records of inspection results and provide detailed reports to managementRequirements
Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in the plastics industryCMM experienceIn-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and regulationsFamiliarity with technical drawings and specificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to work independentlyProficient in using quality inspection tools and equipmentGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control is a plus
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
