Description:ECI Group is currently recruiting a Director of Capital Placement and Investor Relations, who will play a critical role in the Company’s growth. This role will be responsible for developing and executing capital raising strategies and maintaining positive relations with investors.

What You’ll Do
Capital placement:
Develop and implement strategies to raise capital for investment opportunities. This includes identifying appropriate sources of capital, building relationships with prospective investors, and partnering with the deal team to create and deliver presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of investment opportunities.
Investor relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all investor inquiries and communications. Develop and execute an effective communication strategy with existing and prospective investors, including investor events. Ensure that proper and timely reporting on existing investments is prepared and provided to investors. Work cross-functionally to ensure that all investor requests and inquiries are handled effectively and in a timely manner.Requirements:What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of capital raising and investor relations experience
Proven track record of raising capital in the real estate industry
Deep understanding of real estate investments and ability to research and analyze market trends
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex topics in a clear way
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse investor base
What’ll Set You Apart
MBA or advanced study in finance or real estate
Experience managing the capital raising process for a multifamily owner/operator or developer
