Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying talent needs to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and executives to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent, including passive candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Manage the logistics of interview processes, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HR and departmental teams to support organization-wide recruitment initiatives.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Talent Market Insights: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence recruitment strategies and decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment processes at a senior level.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically and align recruitment efforts with long-term business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least five years of experience in senior-level recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle talent acquisition.
