Employee Relations Manager:Conduct internal investigations for behavioral/workplace matters by applying investigation planning, interviewing techniques with supporting documentation and appropriate outcomeAssist in the development, roll out, interpretation and support to update internal processes/programs for our Global Employee Relations teamDesign and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including conflict resolution and mediation, and change managementProvide strategic Employee Relations support, business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organizationProactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions and corrective action as appropriateSupport with data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, highlighting key trends in employee relations to actively drive proactive solutions to minimize reactive workHelp balance risk, taking into account employee, business and company perspectivesHelp design and facilitate internal training for people leaders and other key stakeholdersIntegrate and partner with HR colleagues in the HR Business Partner, Legal, Investigations, Learning & Development, and HR Programs teams to implement solutionsParticipate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community and influence others within the organizationBuild collaborative and productive working relationshipsHelp promote knowledge, understand and compliance regarding company policy and relevance employment laws thorough coaching, presentations and trainingQualifications

Demonstrate solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the businessKnowledge of applicable country laws, regulations and statues related to employment, benefits, and HR compliance (e.g. EEO, Data Privacy, FLSA, FMLA)Consultative coaching, counseling and conflict resolution skills; ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordinglyProven ability to manage conflict to diffuse employee related issues, concerns and situationsStrong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write cohesive emails, summaries and investigation plan/reportsInvestigation planning and designEffective communication and critical thinking skillsDemonstrate empathy and experience driving inclusionDemonstrate project management and change management experienceDemonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teamsExperience using data to identify insights that drive actionDemonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solve problemsConsulting, coaching and facilitation skillsProven experience leading, growing, and scaling experienced HR professionals8+ years experience in an Employee Relations, HR Business Partner or equivalent roleBA/BS degree, preferred; JD and/or MS degree optionalAdditional Information
