OverviewAre you ready to create memorable experiences for our groups of guests?!Base wages PLUS a seasonal loyalty bonus.As the Group Sales Coordinator, you will assist in developing, networking, and growing new business, as well as maintaining current and incoming accounts.Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long.Responsibilities
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:Provides excellent customer service to all clients.Follows up on incoming leads and requests for proposals.Assists with acquisition of new leads and markets Summit products and services via phone and email, trade shows and events, virtual meetings, member associations, and networking.Processes transactions and distributes redemption details to coordinators for a variety of products.Nurtures and maintains relationships with clients to generate additional sales.Assists as needed with corporate ticket sales, buyouts, appreciation activities, and other facilities bookings.Qualifications
What we are looking for:Must display excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as customer service skills.Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.Ability to prioritize and organize work responsibilities and goals, as well as work with minimal supervision.Must have strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.Join our team and enjoy The Summit Experience!Wage and Benefit Info:The wage range for this position is: from $22 to $24/hr.Full Time 9 Months. This is a benefited role.Benefits include: health, dental, vision.Team members will accrue PTO and will earn 2 weeks or more in a 12-month period.All individuals may contribute to the 401(k).
