Overview

Winter FUN! Help guests get on the mountain to learn!Base wages PLUS a seasonal loyalty bonus!The sales/reservations/administration assistant is responsible for booking ski, snowboard, telemark and nordic lessons.Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long.Responsibilities

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:Provide superior guest service!Assist in scheduling instructors for the SnowSports private lesson roster.Sell available open time slots to groups/individuals and increase business for the SnowSports School.Handle customer complaints and resolve problems as needed.Assist daily operations of the SnowSports School to ensure program efficiency and guest service.Assist with ecommerce questions and troubleshooting.Qualifications

What we are looking for:Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of supervision.Ability to prioritize within a lively, and often chaotic, environment.Ability to create meaningful, quality experiences for guests and staff.Ability to adapt to changing situations and to deal with deadline pressure while maintaining a professional presentation.Join our team and enjoy The Summit Experience!Wage and Benefit Info:The wage range for this position is: from $19.31 to $20.86. This is a non-benefited role.All individuals may contribute to the 401(k).
