2+ YearsJob Description:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Law Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and be able to manage a variety of cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, and property division. You will be responsible for providing high-quality legal representation, counseling clients, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.Responsibilities:Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from inception through resolution.Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice on family law issues.Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.Represent clients in mediation, hearings, and trials.Negotiate settlements and collaborate with opposing counsel to resolve cases amicably when possible.Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and explain legal options and strategies.Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the Washington State Bar.Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law.Unless noted above, applicants MUST be authorized to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
