a focus on title to real property in Florida, title insurance, and the real estate industry .Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities , with the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.A

strong drive to deliver exceptional client service

and a commitment to practicing in the area of real property law.Key Responsibilities:Manage and litigate real property cases, including those involving title insurance, land development, and lender disputes.Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, including title insurers, land developers, and lenders, on complex real property matters.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and ensure the highest standards of client service.Why Join?This position offers immediate client interaction and the opportunity to work on
