Business Litigation team
in Tampa, Florida.Candidate Profile:JD
from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.2 to 3 years of substantive business litigation experience , including courtroom experience and handling hearings independently.Strong legal research and writing skills , with
Law Review or Clerkship experience
(Federal, Florida state, or appellate) considered
a plus.Proficiency in Spanish is preferred .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment where client service is a top priority.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of business litigation cases, including case work-up, trial preparation, and courtroom representation.Draft and review critical legal documents, including briefs, complaints, and motions.Provide strategic advice and manage sophisticated business litigation matters.Engage directly with clients and play an active role in developing case strategy.Why Join?This position offers immediate client interaction and the opportunity to work on
