The Learning Programs Specialist will support key internal employee development programs that enable our employees to effectively and meaningfully contribute to high performing teams that live our values. As a member of the Learning + Organizational Development team, the programs you support will help build the skills and capabilities that Docusign needs to succeed; now and in the future.You will be responsible for supporting the project management, delivery, and event production of our new employee onboarding experience and women’s leadership programs–two high-profile learning experiences that facilitate talent success at Docusign. Your work will also drive operational success by owning impact reporting and program evaluation for the Culture and Employee Experience learning portfolio.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager of Learning Delivery.ResponsibilitiesCo-present and facilitate new hire onboarding programming, both virtually and on-site at the San Francisco Docusign office.Manage new hire communications, including comms design support for the end-to-end new hire communications experience from signed offer to Day 1 at Docusign.Partner with key new hire onboarding stakeholders, including IT, HR Ops, and Talent Acquisition, to ensure a smooth transition from offer to Day 1.Support design and delivery of women’s leadership programs, including implementing participant selection and communications strategy to engage employees, their managers and top leaders' support for the program; monitor nominations and registration confirmations.Partner with vendors on program deliverables.Curate online resources to support employee learning relevant to new hire onboarding and women’s leadership development.Implement consistent operational protocols for new hire onboarding and women’s leadership programming, ensuring clarity, compliance, and seamless execution across all cross-functional partners.Create and update progress against detailed project plans for new hire onboarding and women’s leadership programs, with the support of respective program owners.Own Learning + Org Development Team email mailbox (ServiceNow) and calendar - answer employee questions promptly, create service tickets with IT, and involve other subject matter experts as required and track issues through to resolution.Act as “virtual producer” for live virtual onboarding and women’s leadership programming, including owning Zoom set-up, creating run of show docs, and troubleshooting technical issues.Manage logistics and scheduling for onboarding and women’s leadership learning events including complex global scheduling, liaising with facilitators or vendors, and securing and tracking SOWs and Purchase Orders in partnership with Learning Coordinator.Own program impact reporting for Culture and Employee Experience learning portfolio, including partnering with People Analytics and SMEs to support the design and implementation of ROI reporting.Assist with gathering learning analytics and survey data and the preparation of regular and ad hoc learning analytics reports.Cross-trained on global course administration in Workday LMS.Assist as needed with intranet page edits and graphic design projects relevant to Culture and Employee Experience Learning portfolio.What you bring

BasicBS/BA degree or equivalent.2+ years experience in a learning and development role, with prior experience supporting new hire onboarding programs for a global audience.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional partners.Demonstrated experience designing and implementing communications to a global employee audience for learning programs at scale.Experience with Google Suite including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.Experience designing program impact reporting, evaluations, and surveys.PreferredProven track record implementing learning programs at scale.Strong presentation skills, both virtually and in person.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.Familiarity with program management tools and completing project plans.5+ years experience in a learning and development role.Experience administering global, nominations-based programming.Experience with Workday LMS.Self-starter who drives for clarity and alignment among multiple stakeholders.Experience supporting population-based employee development programs for a global audience.Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer service orientation.Basic data analytics skills.Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $40.14/hour - $58.13/hourIllinois and Colorado: $38.03/hour - $49.43/hourWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $38.03/hour - $52.19/hourWashington DC: $40.14/hour - $52.19/hourThis role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.States Not Eligible for Employment
