The ideal candidate will be a driven individual looking to advance into the high-speed ASIC and memory controller design industry.What’s Encouraged DailyBe part of a highly-skilled, high-speed design team working on both mature and deep sub-micron technology nodes.Participate in the development of digital designs that interact with internally developed full custom analog designs, 3rd party IP, and numerous system Verilog blocks specific to advancing Micron’s technology and product portfolio.Design and develop RTL for next-generation DRAM memory controllers and subsystems.Interact with FEOL and BEOL teams from Design Verification, Analog Design, and Modeling to Synthesis and Physical Implementation.Participate in advanced packaging discussion and setting customer requirements.Be hands-on during Chip bring-up and Lab Validation.Comfortable presenting applicable engineering ideas to other members of the design team.How To QualifyB.S../M.S. in Electrical Engineering.4+ Years of experience.Strong fundamental knowledge of logic design coding and verification techniques, and high-speed IO crossings.Strong written and verbal communication, capable of writing and reviewing architectural specifications and code.Software programming, Linux shell scripting, python, etc. experience.Candidate should understand analog and mixed-signal circuits, including the use of CMOS/CML logic, PLL, DLL, CDR, etc.Experience with DRAM interfaces, memory-system RAS (Reliability, Availability, Serviceability) and RTL development.Experience with industry-standard tools related to synthesis, linting, equivalency, and formal verification.Candidate should be collaborative, curious, and always looking to contribute, learn, and grow.BenefitsWork on cutting-edge technology!Opportunity for hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.Micron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
