Works directly with their manager and the EIS team to produce analysis addressing client-specific requirements. In coordination with Embedded Intelligence Services' leads, and in accordance with appropriate guidance, this job will track and respond to Crisis24 alerts and world events for client impact; assist or collaborate with relevant parties on production of analytical assessments; proactively leverages existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses, assessments, capability, and data; assist in production of specific briefings or presentations; assists in managing emergency incidents by using judgment and skills in accordance with commonly accepted incident management best practices and client policies and procedures; and other duties as assigned within the scope of the program.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree required.Work Experience0 to 3 years of experience in intelligence gathering, analysis, alerting, threat assessment, incident response or a related field required.SkillsAbility to take initiative and multi-task under pressure. Effective problem-solving and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills required; accurate typing skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps. Strong customer-service skills, especially in person and over the phone; ability to communicate across varying professional levels. Foreign travel and experience preferred.Work ConditionsOffice setting and machine use. Sitting, standing, walking, hearing, speaking, reading, writing.Information SecurityAdhere to applicable information security procedures and policies as updated from time to time on the ISMS. Report any information security incidents or potential information security threats to the Information Security Officer.
