Catalano Architects, a boutique architecture firm founded in 1987, is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team, delivering design excellence in the high-end residential market throughout New England.We are looking for a registered architect with an understanding and appreciation of domestic New England architecture, with a passion for designing for performance, resilience, longevity, and a respect for environmental responsibility. Your portfolio should primarily consist of high-end single-family projects. We are a small nimble team with opportunities for upward mobility.Experience and capacity in all phases of the design process is a must, from Schematic Design to Construction Administration, with the ability to generate strong conceptual and schematic designs. Outstanding presentation and communication skills are required along with the ability to be an active listener, motivated team builder, and proactive problem solver.The ideal candidate will have direct experience effectively managing design and construction teams to meet project milestones and budgets.
