If you thrive on piecing together the puzzle and finding crucial evidence to support our client's cases, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Case Detective: Conduct thorough investigations into the history of asbestos exposure for clients diagnosed with mesothelioma.Fact Finder: Gather and analyze relevant information, documents, and testimonies to build strong cases.Fieldwork Expert: Travel to various locations to conduct interviews, inspect sites, and collect evidence.Detail-Oriented Analyst: Review medical records, employment histories, and other pertinent documents to identify exposure sources.Collaborative Investigator: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to develop comprehensive case strategies.Innovative Problem Solver: Use creative and analytical thinking to uncover hidden details and link pieces of evidence.Requirements:Investigative Experience: Experience in legal investigation - Preferably in asbestos or mesothelioma cases.Research Skills: Exceptional ability to conduct thorough and detailed research.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and working with clients and witnesses.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing complex information and identifying key details.Travel Ready: Willingness to travel as needed to conduct field investigations.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with investigative software and tools.Salary Range:
