$130,000.00 - $160,000.00/yearJob Description:Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of applied behavior analysis (ABA) based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.We currently operate 8 clinics in the Denver metro area and have expanded to the Phoenix metro area this year. Soar will have 25 clinics across both markets by the end of 2025, and over 1500 employees.This exciting opportunity is a role on our Central People team, which is responsible for setting and managing all People related functions at Soar, including talent acquisition, human resources, people policies and procedures, and HRIS data fidelity and systems.This role will report directly to the Chief People Officer. The role is ideally based in one of Soar’s two markets, but can be done remotely, with monthly travel to either Denver or Phoenix.Below are the key responsibilities of the role:This role will be a key role during the emerging structure of the People Team. For the first ~6 months of this role, the work will be focused on two key projects:1. Supporting development and implementation of People Operations. This project will include the following:Work closely with Chief of Staff to create dashboards and people analytics that provide visibility to local leadership about key People metrics (including retention, NPS, belonging, overall satisfaction, performance, etc), and directions for how to act on that data.Build and develop a more robust, evidence-based set of tools and playbooks that local leaders in each clinic (specifically CODs, AOMs, and PCs) can use to drive belonging, excellence, and staff satisfaction.Design and facilitate trainings on these tools and systems for local leaders.Develop implementation processes and systems that measure the fidelity, quality, and impact of these initiatives and review data and results ongoing.Refine and improve processes and systems over time.2. Improve strategies and results of Clinician Talent Acquisition. This project will include the following:Collaborate closely with Chief of Staff and Chief People Officer to develop new strategies to drive additional performance in Talent Acquisition for Soar’s clinician roles (BCBAs, OTs, and SLPs).Systematize these new strategies into usable actions and plans for the clinician recruitment team.Develop a robust database or tool that includes all clinician contacts that can be easily leveraged by all recruiters and sourcers to track contacts and performance over time.Following the completion of these two projects, this role will continue to spearhead the maintenance and implementation of other key people processes. In addition, this role will have the following responsibilities:People Operations - 50%

Lead People Operations team and functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements.Manage and optimize HRIS and other HR technology to improve efficiency and data management.Will include playing a key role in selecting a new HRIS vendor for 2025 and leading implementation of that tool.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.Culture & Employee Experience - 25%

Continue to own and refine the Culture and Belonging Playbook for the organization, constantly providing updates and new training for changes or revisions.Provide data to local leadership about key People metrics (including retention, NPS, belonging, overall satisfaction, performance, etc), and directions for how to act on that data using strategies outlined in the playbook.Work closely with People Operations Manager to ensure Home Team is valued, recognized and appreciated for their contributions.Use data to develop and lead initiatives to cultivate and enhance company culture across the whole organization.Promote DEI initiatives and ensure an inclusive workplace environment.People Leadership Training and Development - 25%

Administer initial Clinic Operations Director training sequence including creating onboarding plans, ordering materials, and ensuring all materials are maintained and up-to-date.Scope and design other People-focused training and management tools for local leaders, specifically CODs and PCs, that support their development in becoming excellent People leaders and managers.Track data on effectiveness of these People-related training and management tools and refine over time.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).1-5 years of experience in Consulting and/or HR, with a focus on people operations and culture.Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.Experience in a leadership role, managing and developing HR teams.Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets and produce metrics to inform decision-making.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations.What You'll Get:Playing a key leadership role in a fast growing, start-up organization focused on delivering high quality at scale.Quality medical ($0 deductible), dental, and vision plans.A company 401K with company contribution after 1 year of service.11 company holidays plus 20 additional paid days off.A “Time for You” program to take extra time off work when you need it.Short-term disability for all staff covered by Soar.Student loan repayment assistance.
