We are on a mission to enhance the experience for High School, Collegiate, and Professional Athletes and Recruiters by leveraging advanced AI and machine learning technologies.Position Overview:

As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and partner at Reel Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and executing our revenue generation strategy, sales, business development, and marketing functions, ultimately driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:GTM Strategy:

Develop and implement the company’s Go-to-Market strategy, including market positioning, target customer segments, and pricing strategies.Partnerships and Alliances:

Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with other organizations to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.Revenue Growth:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of revenue growth efforts and implement necessary adjustments.Marketing and Branding:

Oversee marketing efforts, create brand awareness, and develop marketing campaigns to promote Reel Analytics and its products within the sports and education sectors.Sales Leadership:

Build and lead the sales team, setting clear targets and expectations, and providing strategic guidance to achieve revenue goals.Customer Engagement:

Drive customer satisfaction and engagement initiatives to build lasting relationships and ensure customer retention.Product Development Alignment:

Collaborate closely with the product and technology teams to align product development with market demand and customer needs.Reporting and Analysis:

Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team and board, offering strategic recommendations based on data analysis.Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s overall business strategy, working closely with other partners and stakeholders.Qualifications:Proven experience as a senior executive in a revenue-focused role, preferably in the technology or sports industry.Experience selling into the Education vertical.Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.Exceptional understanding of the sports industry, AI technology, and the competitive landscape.Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to create and execute revenue growth plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of adaptability, as this is an equity-based position with no base salary.Equity Participation:

The CRO will have a substantial equity stake in Reel Analytics, aligning your success with the success of the company.
