Responsibilities include monthly recording of property expenses and revenues, fixed asset accounting, property acquisition entries, and preparing various financial analyses and reconciliations.The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, has 1-3 years of relevant experience (preferably in commercial real estate), and exhibits strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel is required, with advanced skills in MRI and Sage Fixed Assets being a plus.
