Full TimeWe are seeking a motivated Accountant to support our ambitious growth goals. This role will be critical in overseeing accounting activities, conducting research, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting for our real estate investment operations. The accountant will streamline the monthly and quarterly close, consolidation, and reporting processes, making this an integral position within our finance team. This position is offering a hybrid setup – 3 days in office and 2 days remote. It has a base pay of $90,000 to $100,000 per year.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for real estate investmentsPerform cash and transaction reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepanciesAssist in preparing financial statements, investor reports, and regulatory filingsPrepare financial statements and assist with SEC filingsSupport the external audit process, including quarterly reviews and diligence projectsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldCPA preferred2+ years of experience in public accounting and/or real estate investment managementFamiliarity with Yardi accounting software is a plusVisit our website to learn more about our openings!
