Part-time (20 hours/week), Monday - Friday, 4 hours a day, with flexibility and occasional support for the Austin store.Pay Rate:
$20 per hour (based on experience), with potential for an increase
Overview:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Order and Inventory Specialist to join our team in Austin. This role will focus on managing online orders from various e-commerce platforms, handling shipping and packaging, and performing basic inventory management for around 100 products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with e-commerce experience who enjoys working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage online orders across platforms such as eBay, IG Shop, Shopify, OfferUp, etc.Handle product shipping and packaging, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.Maintain basic inventory management, including tracking stock levels and product availabilityAssist in taking and uploading product photos, ensuring high-quality images for listings.Provide occasional in-store support as needed.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms.Basic knowledge of Shopify or similar systems.Ability to take clear and appealing product photos.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Requirements
