Our esteemed and expanding law firm seeks to recruit a full-time senior-level family law attorney with extensive experience and a deep commitment to representing clients during one of the most critical periods of their lives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in preparing essential legal documents related to the initiation and finalization of divorces, child support and custody matters, as well as real estate issues. This position is entirely remote; therefore, candidates should possess a high level of comfort and proficiency in working within a virtual environment. Attorneys will be tasked with delivering legal counsel, conducting thorough research, engaging in negotiations, and managing family law cases, particularly those pertaining to divorce. This role also encompasses collaborating with clients to achieve agreements and resolutions through cooperative approaches. Our ideal candidate excels in client interactions and is enthusiastic about conducting consultations with prospective clients. Alongside managing their own caseload, they have a passion for mentoring and are adept at supporting team members with complex legal matters and significant court proceedings, including trials, mediations, and hearings.Job Responsibilities:

Advocate for clients by presenting motions in court during legal proceedings.Remain informed about evolving laws and statutes at the local, state, and federal levels.Conduct research and prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions.Anticipate, prepare for, and represent clients in trials, mediations, and arbitrations.Oversee and mentor junior attorneys, guiding them in effective conflict resolution techniques.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and a law degree from an accredited institution (e.g., LLM, JSD, or J.D.).Exceptional persuasive writing and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong time management and interpersonal abilities.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior associate attorney.Demonstrated experience in trial, mediation, and arbitration representation.Active certification with the Washington State Bar.Compensation:

$160,000 - $180,000 yearly
