If so, we want YOU to join our Concorde team as the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner!Position Overview:Concorde is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Nursing to be accountable for identifying and recruiting top talent for the organization while ensuring a positive, professional recruitment experience for both the candidate and the hiring leader. In a self-directed and strategic manner, this position collaborates closely with department heads and senior management to understand their hiring needs, develop targeted recruitment plans, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.What We Offer:

Source top talent for positions in the organization by consistently consulting with hiring managers regarding expectations, challenges, and process improvements, and by leading strategic weekly calls with both hiring leaders and HR partners to discuss candidate and requisition status and sourcing strategy.Create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility by establishing and maintaining a highly collaborative relationship with business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, and vendors.Lead full recruiting lifecycle by managing the requisition lifecycle for candidates and hiring managers, including posting, sourcing, screening, submitting candidates, interviewing, and onboarding.Create a world-class hiring manager and candidate experience by managing and coordinating communication with candidates and working with hiring managers to extend employment offers within the guidelines of our compensation policies.Drive purposeful hiring by influencing strategic workforce planning efforts by partnering with campus and home office leaders to analyze and forecast near future and long-term talent needs.Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill or niche positions by building and maintaining a pipeline recruiting strategy for recurring or hard-to-fill requisitions, including ongoing relationship management with passive candidates.Develop and strengthen leadership hiring decision capability through the use of candidate assessment tools and interview guides, championing behavioral interviewing, initiating calibration sessions, and maximizing efficiencies through HR and ATS Systems of Record.Enhance and improve the Talent Acquisition team's function by engaging in continual learning and implementation of new recruitment strategies, and providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.Effectively partner with hiring leaders and total rewards/business partners to determine salary offers that ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with organizational objectives. Guide hiring leaders with pay recommendations for promotions and internal transfers.Drive special projects by collaborating across the organization, problem-solving, and guiding results to fruition.Champion DE&I initiatives and execute Affirmative Action recruiting requirements by working with hiring leaders to identify a diverse candidate pool.Support compliance standards by maintaining accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree in human resources, Business or related field (required).Minimum of five years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition (required); Corporate, sales, and/or higher education recruiting experience (preferred).Multi-state, multi-site experience (preferred).Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Teams.Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing platforms, HR information systems, and other related databases/platforms (iCIMS and UKG preferred).SkillsDemonstrated, exceptional customer service skills.Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent organizational skills.Actively look for ways to assist with candidate's needs.Understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.Be aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.Present ideas in a clear and compelling manner, both verbally and in written format.Exceptional listening and conflict resolution skills.Drive, and be accountable for, results in a fast-paced environment.Basic to intermediate level proficiency with productivity software (MS Office), HRIS (UKG), ATS (iCIMS), and other sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.).Ability to analyze candidate skills and talents in context of job posting and departmental requirements.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Work EnvironmentThis position is designated as Remote; Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation.Travel Requirements: local and overnight travel may be required up to 10%.
