The ideal candidate will confidently lead cutting-edge projects, work independently, and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions:

Assist in managing security projects, priorities, and compliance tracking while maintaining communication with leadership, security, privacy, and legal teams.Manage a risk register, produce security reporting, oversee vulnerability management, and ensure timely issue resolution.Collaborate with leaders on business continuity, incident response processes, and security awareness training, ensuring plans are documented, tested, and communicated.Provide technical guidance on security controls, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to privacy and security meetings and content creation.Develop educational content on evolving security and privacy trends for continuous organizational improvement.Support cybersecurity consulting projects, prepare reports, and offer strategic recommendations from security assessments.Assist with technology security improvements, including identity and endpoint management, email and cloud security, and investigating security incidents.Conduct reviews of system changes to ensure vulnerabilities are not introduced and change management processes are followed.Schedule and participate in client meetings to discuss cybersecurity projects, progress, and deliverables.Provide subject matter expertise on cyber liability insurance and maintain professional knowledge through continuous learning.Support incident response tabletop exercises and other cybersecurity consulting initiatives for diverse industries.Perform other duties as assigned.Credentials:

Four-year degree in a technology related field (MIS, Computer Science, Information Security) preferred.Two years of Information Technology or Information Security experience required.One year project management experience required.Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint functions.Experience with vulnerability management preferred.MS Project, Visio and SharePoint experience preferred.Prior experience with information security compliance preferred.Experience with Agency applications like Applied Epic, CSR24, Concur, DocuSign desirable.Skills:
