Administrative Coordinator

SNI Companies is working with a local manufacturing company in the Orlando area that is seeking to bring an Administrative Coordinator onto their team immediately
This position will be on-site Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer service phone calls and direct to the appropriate personnel for action and response.
• Follow up on the customer inquiries by phone, email, and CRM within the expected times.
• Resolve credit card and payment issues with customers as required.
• Process, invoice, and coordinate shipment details for service quotes and orders as required.
• Issue Warranty orders and RMAs as required.
• Follow up with the customer and technician on delinquent warranty invoices and RMAs.
• Enter customer orders as required.
• Assist in sales admin activities as time permits.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer service or other sales and order entry activities.
• Excellent liaison skills to support and work with other departments, customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
