Position Summary

- MedReview is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Payroll/ HRIS Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, experience with Namely (preferred but not required), and a proven track record of handling high-volume bi-weekly payroll and will also oversee and optimize the company's HR data. The Payroll/HRIS Coordinator will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees, maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

Process high-volume bi-weekly payroll for all employees accurately and on timeUtilize advanced Excel functions to analyze payroll data, generate reports, and perform complex calculationsManage and maintain payroll records, including timesheets, earnings, deductions, and benefitsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and company policiesReconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll issues promptlyCollaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure seamless payroll operationsAssist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and proceduresPrepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports as requiredStay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulationsManage, maintain, and optimize Namely HRIS system, including system configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user supportEvaluate employee data and adjust as necessary, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on the dataParticipate in other HR-related projects and perform administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in business management, information technology or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 4 years of experience with payroll systemsMinimum 2 years HRIS administrative support experienceDeep understanding of labor and wage laws, federal and state payroll regulations and requirementsBasic working knowledge of accounting principles and financial acumenExcellent documentation and analytical skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines with reliability and accuracyThe ability to communicate effectively with business users, managers, peers, project teams, etc.Use of HRIS system Namely preferred.

Salary: 75k-85k
