Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Manager (TA Manager) is responsible for overseeing talent acquisitions for the organization and will serve as a subject matter expert on sourcing, new and creative recruiting techniques, labor market and industry trends, and competitor information to ensure our sourcing efforts and recruiting practices are successful, cost‐effective, and competitive.

In this position you will

Primary responsibilities:

Lead, manage and develop a small recruiting team, ensuring their skills and capabilities reflect industry excellence and best practices.

Identify and lead improvement initiatives by continuously measuring and evaluating onboarding and talent acquisition programs and processes.

Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to ensure recruiting expectations are met or exceeded and are aligned with Neighborcare Health’s strategic priorities.

Design talent acquisition strategies and recruiting campaigns to attract diverse candidates, support growth and expansion, and build Neighborcare Health’s talent pipeline.

Ensure recruiting methods and practices are efficient and scalable, resulting in high client and candidate satisfaction.

Develop and deliver tools and training to ensure Neighborcare Health hiring managers understand and are effective users of best practices in candidate interviewing and evaluation.

Manage a small requisition load and partner with other members of the human resources team on special projects.

Approve employment offers in accordance with policies, procedures and within established approval thresholds.

Manage third party recruiting and staffing services.

Model Neighborcare Health’s Core Values and Service Commitments and ensure they are integrated in the recruiting and selection process.

Key Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

Required for this job:

Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Talent Acquisition best practices.

Experience supporting high volume recruiting as well as complex professional, leadership, and provider positions.

Experience building partnerships and programs to improve branding and build talent pipelines.

Experience in Workforce Planning.

Excellent problem‐solving and interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong reporting and analytical skills to create, measure, and scale program metrics.

Ability to influence using data and insights and present and communicate data to various audiences.

Ability to delegate and manage staff with varying skills and needs.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage highly confidential information.

Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.

Excellent change management skills.

Experience leveraging lean methodologies and tools a plus.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

7+ years progressive full cycle recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare

3+ years' experience supervising people and teams

Preferred Qualifications

SPHR or SHRM SCP

Compensation

The wage range for this position is minimum a $114,920.00/salary up to $159,286.40/salary maximum. Compensation will be determined based on years of relevant experience.
