Executive Talent Tech and Insights LeadKey Role:

Design and execute a multi-year technology roadmap that increases sophistication, data accessibility, insights, objectivity, and automation, leveraging industry best practices in support of executive talent management and development programs and processes. Assess the team’s existing tech and analytics capabilities, partner with internal People Services Team (PST) tech strategy team to make immediate recommendations, drive evolving tech and data strategy, and implement new systems and upskilling team members. Leverage advanced analytical expertise to build and shape the talent story for our executive population with data providing new insights and recommendations that easily translate into the language of the business for action. Partner with internal technology and analytics ecosystem partner teams to understand company offerings, drive enhanced integration, translate requirements, and increase efficiency. Collaborate on data sets using Workday, Tableau, Power BI, and other tools for influential storytelling and visualization. Keep abreast with technology trends and industry best practices in the human capital and talent space to make informed recommendations on new and different tools. Create and socialize technology requirements with key decision-making bodies to ensure appropriate funding, resourcing, and approvals to enable integrated, timely solutions that take into account the firm’s and PST’s broader technology agenda and ecosystem. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of experience with talent data analytics, data visualization, dashboards, and reporting

Experience with Organizational Development, HR and Talent strategies, or Talent Management for a global, matrixed organization

Experience with creating and implementing a technology strategy

Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of technology applications used to support talent and HR functions, including succession, talent acquisition, compensation, and hiring

Ability to comprehend large, complex talent datasets and translate them into business insights and recommendations that influence a senior audience

Ability to create and present visually compelling interactive briefings, reports, and dashboards of meaningful data insights to staff and senior leaders and pay strict attention to detail and integrity in handling highly confidential and sensitive information

Ability to display agility in responding to rapidly changing demands, priorities, and business needs and lead, organize, prioritize, and implement multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

Ability to design a strategy and compelling business case via PowerPoint

Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with BI and visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI

Experience with advanced analytics tools

Knowledge of people data analytics, people processes, and people metrics

Ability to demonstrate analytical strength, design bespoke visualization, and work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines

Ability to support functional projects as a people analytics subject matter expert

Ability to maintain a high level of competency in analytical principles, tools, and techniques to discover new best-in-class talent data analytics capabilities and tech enabled solutions

Ability to recognize a business situation keenly and quickly, including both risks and opportunities to lead to decisive decision making and excellent business outcomes, including the context of how people analytics can inform a business situation or solve a business problem

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Organization Psychology, or a related field

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
