The Media Supervisor will lead paid social and YouTube marketing strategies on Credit One Bank. The candidate will not only set the strategic direction and oversee execution, but also have a hands-on tactical role in campaign set up, optimization, budget management, data analysis, and extrapolation of insights. This person will be responsible for client communication as it pertains to social and YouTube media, and be involved in cross-functional agency relationships. The candidate must have previous hands-on experience on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, and be capable of considering omni-channel media strategies. The ability to work as part of a team and oversee a junior associate is critical, as is a sense of innate curiosity, a passion for flawless execution, attention to detail, and a self-motivated work ethic.Responsibilities

Day to dayResponsible for developing and presenting strategic social and YouTube campaign recommendations.Act as the go-to social expert for any questions for the client and internal teams.Translate audience definitions from the research & strategy teams across platforms.Budget forecasting to determine investment levels needed to reach campaign goals.Perform research to understand audiences and their behaviors.Develop and collaborate on testing approaches within the platforms.Use 1st and 3rd party data for targeting on platforms via PII safe integration.Collaborate with media and Business Intelligence teams to achieve client goals and metrics.Evaluate creative ads for platform specifications and advise teams on best practices.Keep up to date with new social platform ad opportunities.Hands-on participation and oversight of campaign set up and execution:Proper site tagging implementation in collaboration with the ad ops and analytics teams.Traffic, upload, and QA ads, targeting parameters, and landing URLs.Set up social campaigns against a variety of ad objectives including: content amplification, sequential storytelling, conversions, video views, etc.Evaluate creative ads for platform specifications and advise the creative team on best practices.Relationship ManagementMain point of contact for client communication on YouTube and social specific requests, including optimizations, reporting, and campaign strategy.Evaluate and present recommendations for social and YouTube.Deliver and speak to performance on specified reporting cadence.Ensure lines of communication are open and fluid across agency departments through all stages of collaboration (mainly with business intelligence, account, and media team).Educate, train, and mentor junior social associate.Provide expertise and education to the broader Credit One media team, the media department, and the agency as needed.Keep up to date with platform updates.Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years hands-on, executional paid social marketing experience.Required in-platform experience on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.Agency experience preferred.Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through. Possess a strong and proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities.Demonstrated ability to manage small to large budgets.Extremely detail-oriented, with a proven system of double checks.Expert in Excel, strong in PowerPoint and other Office products, as well as Keynote.Experience with technical issues, such as campaign tagging, Q/A, and troubleshooting.Completed platform certificates preferred (Facebook Blueprint).Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe/Omniture, and/or other web analytic solutions is a plus.Experience with integrated campaigns is a plus.Previous experience communicating with clients is a plus.Ability to build client relationships and present work.Understands how to work with 1st and 3rd party data for targeting.Experience with programmatic is a plus.Education
