What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive business growth and market shareCollaborate with senior leadership to align commercial strategies with overall business goalsDevelop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive business growthEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of commercial strategies and initiativesBuild and lead a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field7 years of proven experience in similar roles within strategy or commercial teams, preferably with a focus on B2B or sales relationshipsProven track record of successfully leading and managing complex commercial projectsStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):MBA or advanced degree preferredBackground in Strategy and FinanceExperience working in the supply chain industry
