N/APay Range: $78,000 - $94,000 (based on experience)Basic Job Functions:

Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting for ongoing projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.Oversee project cost tracking, revenue recognition, and financial reconciliation, to ensure projects remain within budget and scope.Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.Utilize data analytics tools to extract and analyze key project data, providing actionable insights to project managers and senior leadership.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in project accounting and contracts management.Work closely with project managers, accounting teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial and contractual matters.Assess and mitigate risks related to project finances and contracts, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.Other duties as assigned.Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Accounting, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of project accounting principles, financial analysis, and contract management.Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and data visualization software.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Accurate and precise attention to detail.Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.Preferred Qualifications:
