JOB SUMMARY
Lofta is seeking a Paid Media Manager with a deep expertise in Google Ads to lead our paid media strategy and execution. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing overall ROI on total digital media spend. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing a paid media strategy including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Paid Social, Connected TV and Retargeting.
Salary: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 / Annual
Shift: (Hybrid) M-F Flexible hours - 3 days in office & 2 days working from home
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives across 4 distinct brands (Lofta, ApriaDirect, ApriaHome, and ByramBaby)
Oversee campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
Identify and implement improvement strategies in Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts including direct implementation of new key word structures, ad copy structure, campaign optimization and budget management
Oversee brand awareness campaigns in Meta, Criteo, and Connected TV to drive increased branded traffic
Create effective weekly reporting to support data-driven decision making and foster discussions with leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging channels
Qualifications:
7 – 10+ years of experience with agency or in-house team, with direct “hands on keys” role in Google Ads
Experience managing spend levels > $5M / year in Google Ads
Google Ads certifications
Experience with DTC e-commerce brand
