Reporting To: President Who Reports to You: Marketing Team Where You Work: LA, Dallas, Chicago or DC Salary range: $225,000 - $275,000 Your Role (Responsibilities):

Responsibility for Growth:

This person would be responsible for the growth of McKissack & McKissack’s sales pipeline in all targeted markets and specifically lead the Transportation/Aviation market nationally. Strategic Implementation:

Implements the Company’s Regional and Market Strategic Plans to achieve growth that meets the Company’s business objectives. Marketing and PR Direction:

Provides direction to our Marketing and PR teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Budget Management:

Create and manage the Business Development and Marketing budget. Reporting and Leadership:

Reports directly to the President of McKissack & McKissack and is part of the Senior Leadership Team. Business Development:

Along with the Regional VPs of Sales or Regional VPs of Operations, explores business opportunities with new clients; identifies prospects; screens project opportunities; develops and monitors sales targets. Strategic Planning:

Develop and articulate a corporate vision and strategic plan that results in strong performance, as measured by corporate growth and profitability, with input from the Company stakeholders and the management team. Industry Representation:

Act as the face of the organization and constantly promote the Company to the industry, including clients, partners, acquisition targets, executive recruits, and competitors. Vision Alignment:

Embrace, support, enhance, and articulate the Company’s long-term vision with an emphasis on value-added capabilities in the Company’s key markets. Leadership and Team Management:

Provide leadership and direction to the senior management team, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Analysis and Strategy:

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats; develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks. Operational Oversight:

Oversee the operational aspects of business development and marketing functions. Performance Monitoring:

Set performance metrics and regularly review and report on progress towards goals. Partnership and Merger Evaluation:

Assist the senior leadership team in evaluating potential teaming partners, joint ventures, and potential merger targets. Growth Opportunities:

Identify new opportunities for growth, such as entering new markets or launching new services. Market Trends and Customer Insights:

Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform growth strategy. Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate growth plans and progress to the President, CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders. What We NEED You to Have:

Strategic Growth Leader:

Has led Sales and Marketing for national companies or divisions with revenues exceeding $40M and over 200 people. Senior Leadership Experience:

10+ years of senior leadership experience with proven experience with increasing pipeline. Industry Expertise:

25+ years’ experience driving and executing best-in-class strategic and creative growth and marketing within the AEC industry. CRM Tools:

Significant experience with CRM tools, specifically Deltek. Market Research:

Skilled at market research and identifying industry trends. Team Player Attributes:
