Customer Success AdvocateLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Advocate to join our clients team to provide support and risk mitigation within the business financing space. The Customer Success Advocate plays a crucial role in ensuring internal sellers have a positive experience with company product loans. The perfect candidate will be the first level of support for the seller community, helping them with inquiries related to product Loans. This teams proximity to customers will allow them to identify issues and contribute to improving the overall customer experience. Successful agents in this role become experts on product loans and can impact the product roadmap. Contract role 6 months from start date with possibility to convert or extend.

100% Remote PST

Shift:

8:00 am 5:00 pm PST

Compensation:

$22.00 $24.00

Role Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email using a CRM tool.Understand escalation paths to triage Seller needs based on their loan cycle, minimizing risk.Answer questions regarding business documents or current loan information.Maintain or exceed established SLAs for timely resolution of queued transactions.Identify, document, and follow up with cross-functional teams on product bugs and features.Identify trends in issues and suggest improvements to processes, policies, and products.Work with other teams to find answers and provide the best experience to Sellers.Stay updated on BSA/AML regulations and perform related duties.Effectively collaborate with team members over Slack and video conferencing.Qualifications:

Written and Verbal Communication Skills1+ Years of Professional Experience preferably in a financial institution or payment provider.Enjoy working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.Comfortable interacting directly with customers.Willingness to implement feedback and improve skills.Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.Desire to enhance the customer experience.Bilingual (Spanish) A plus, but not required.

Pay Details:

$22.00 to $24.00 per hour
