What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
Receiving inbound sales phone calls and leadsIdentifying the client's needs and scheduling appointmentsPlacing outbound phone calls to potential leadsEnsuring all clients concerns are addressed prior to appointment date such as cost, warranty questions, appointment duration, etcContacting clients prior to appointment date to confirm appointmentMailing marketing letters to provided leadsFollowing up post visit to ensure customer satisfactionAttending Sales Department meetings
