We pride ourselves on our counsel and offering sound guidance to our customers to better protect their most important assets.Position Overview : This position is with a well-established independent insurance agency that has been in business for close to 50 years. The mission of this role is to assist in the day-to-day operations of the agency through the performance of administrative tasks that benefit the efficiency and effectiveness efforts of the agency as a whole.Work Arrangement : This is a full-time, hybrid position reporting to our office located in Charlotte, NC. Computer equipment will be provided by the company upon hire.Professional Responsibilities :Oversee vendor system access as the Agency Administrator and spearhead platform reviews, recommending improvements as needed.Generate essential production reports and ensure licensing compliance with state regulations in partnership with Patriot Compliance and Licensing.Handle a variety of administrative duties, including HR tasks and coordinating event tickets for producers and clients.Lead the implementation of our marketing strategy and keep the team informed with clear communication of the marketing plan.Maintain up-to-date client lists, gather team feedback, and drive client engagement.Enhance our social media presence, focusing on growth and online reputation management.Develop and execute nurturing strategies and renewal campaigns to improve client retention and drive cross-selling opportunities.Manage lead generation efforts, win back unsold prospects, and optimize closing ratios.Qualifications and Requirements :High school diploma or equivalent.Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Property and Casualty Insurance experience preferred but not required.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products.Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients.Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Patriot Growth Insurance Services is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
