Douce James is a proud partner agency of Patriot Growth Insurance Services.Position Overview : Our dynamic team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You’ll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. If you have previous insurance experience in a customer service role and have a friendly, client-first attitude, please apply today!Work Arrangement : This is a full-time position working in our office located at 1002 Old Hickory Lane, Jefferson Hills, PA. There is opportunity for the role to transition to a hybrid setting after in-office training is completed. Computer equipment will be provided by the company upon hire.Professional Responsibilities :Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiriesDemonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data givenVerify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperworkKeep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policiesStay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources availableHandle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolvedQualifications and Requirements :High school diploma or GED equivalent needed1 year minimum of prior customer service experience requiredKnowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and productsA passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadershipAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clientsAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipPatriot Growth Insurance Services is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
