The Enterprise Applications Director works with stakeholders and the IT team to develop technology roadmaps and solutions to address the relevant business opportunities across ACG’s business. The position will have direct responsibility for the enterprise application suite, coordinating vendors, service providers, and budgets pertaining to applications, enterprise systems, and project management/process support. This position requires original thinking and judgment in the development and deployment of technical and business solutions to meet the company’s enterprise applications needs.

HIRING RANGE

$140,000.00 – $170,000.00

Bonus eligible position

Individual pay may vary from the target hiring range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

Ensure application team and processes adhere to internal policies, including SOX compliance

Coordinate with development teams to deliver business solutions beyond the application suite

Develop and drive a strategic plan for the enterprise application stack, leading necessary changes

Oversee multi-department projects, evaluate business processes, and manage necessary changes

Manage IT services provided by external providers and build effective relationships

Recruit, hire, and manage IT staff and strategic partner of IT services and contracts

Develop and manage ACG’s application technology budget

Articulate strategic IT decisions with confidence, transparency, and ensure alignment with business goals

Identify key programs and projects that support the IT and business strategy

Regularly engage with executives, strategic partners, and customers, representing the company on technology matters

Direct the IT Applications Team, overseeing planning, staffing, budgeting, and execution

Handle additional projects and tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree required

10+ years of IT leadership experience, specializing in business processes and applications

Proven success in leading key application changes within regulated environments (e.g., SOX)

Strong analytical and communication skills, with extensive knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., GAAP) and processes

Demonstrated ability to manage ERP application issues, upgrades, and process improvements

Experienced in building and executing application plans

Skilled in directing IT initiatives, including Enterprise Applications, Compliance, and Development

Proven track record as a business analyst, with examples of improving business processes

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with the ability to influence at all levels

Strategic thinker with experience in dynamic, fast-paced, global operations

Deep understanding of modern IT strategy, ACG business functions, and the aviation leasing industry

Ability to effectively manage third-party partners and service providers

5-10 years of ERP application experience

Preferred experience in management (people and projects)

Extensive experience with Office, Excel, and project management software

Experience in the airline leasing industry preferred; other leasing industry experience considered

Ability to use computer & software programs on a daily basis

ENVIRONMENT

No travel is required outside of ad-hoc and infrequent external training and offsite events. The workspace is in an indoor office building with no exposure to heavy machinery. Most of the time will be spent sitting with part of the time spent collaborating with other groups and team members.
