Full-time preferred. Services may be performed at the Department's 2415 N Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida location or at other location(s) as agreed to by the parties. Contract Duration This Contract will begin on the date once the purchase order is issued, whichever is later. The term for this staff augmentation position is intended to be until June 30, 2023. The term for this engagement may be extended for a period not to exceed twelve months from the expiration of the State Term Contract Position's Applications Development Analyst (C. Advanced) Skill Set The Vendor agrees to provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Scope of Work, State Term Contract 80101507-21-STC-ITSA and 80101507-22-STC-ITSA, and subsection 287.058(1)(a)-(i), Florida Statutes (F.S.), which is hereby incorporated by reference. The Vendor will provide the Department with staff augmentation services to provide applications development services including, but not limited to:

1. Microsoft Dynamics / Power Apps Advanced Developer is expected to perform analysis, design, configuration, and development tasks focusing on usage and end-user experience and alignment to Dynamics functionality. Developer is also expected to assist with testing, documentation, and go-live support activities. 2. Developer must have functional & technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, as well as other integration and Azure cloud solutions that are commonly used to develop Enterprise Dynamics applications integrated with other applications and data sources. 3. The primary role for this position will be to assist in support and enhancement of an existing application; however, time permitting other development activities supporting the platform will be assigned.

Skills and Abilities (KSA) 1. 2+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional and Technical Experience 2. 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure/Cloud Architecture 3. 1+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications such as Customer Service, Custom Model-Driven Applications, Canvas Apps, and Dynamics Portals 4. 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Common Data Service, SQL Server, and other data management tools and technologies 5. Desired experience with Microsoft DevOps, Agile, Web Service/API Integration with Dynamics, C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, KingswaySoft, plugins and scripting.
