We're seeking a customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our clients food manufacturing team. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.

Order Management:

Process customer orders and manage order fulfillment. Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery.

Issue Resolution:

Resolve customer issues and disputes in a timely manner.

Data Management:

Maintain customer records and data in our CRM system.

Process Improvement:

Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service or food manufacturing preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent customer service skills.

Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is a plus.

Pay Details:

$45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
