Clinical Director - Behavioral Health

Amethyst Consulting & Treatment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Director to oversee our clinical programs and ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services. The Clinical Director will be responsible for leading our team of clinical supervisors and therapists, developing treatment protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical oversight and supervision to clinical supervisors, therapists, and support staff.

Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programs and services.

Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.

Manage client care processes, including intake, assessment, and treatment planning.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Valid clinical license in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD).

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including supervisory roles.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
