Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team in their recruitment efforts and employment processes.Manages the pre-employment and onboarding process of all new employeesReviews background checks clear for hireSchedules new employees into appropriate New Hire Orientation and safety training classesEnsures new employees have the equipment and IT readiness on day oneEdits and posts positions on applicant tracking systems, internet job boards, etc.Attends and may participate in the facilitation of high school and college job fairs and special events. Prepares and organizes supportive materials for distribution.Serves as an initial contact for Talent related questionsQualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent, College preferred1-year customer service support roleAccurate typing skills with the ability to type 40 wpmStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to maintain efficiency, work independentlyInterest in human resources preferredAdditional Information

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must be able to successfully handle the physical demands of this position, which include the following:Hours of operation are M-F, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.40-hour work week Primarily sedentary or working at a deskOccasionally lift and move 10 -25 poundsWhile performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hearProficient literacyThe employee frequently is required to stand, walk, or reach with hands and arms

This position is full-time, benefits eligible - $42,000 to $52,000 annually based on experience.
