The IT Support department provides all aspects of support to local and remote users. We also control all local infrastructure and building conferencing and security systems. We are looking to add one, part-time, fall intern to our team. As part of this team, you will have very diverse duties and responsibilities.

Provides Helpdesk support for comprehensive end-user systems. End-user systems include but is not limited to hardware, software, networking, and telecommunications. Support includes research, troubleshooting, testing, analyzing, and communicating clearly and kindly to the end-userPrioritize tickets based on urgency and/or priority with the information givenCompletes thorough research and exhausts all possible resources when investigating an issuePhysically installs and configures new hardware, software, and systemsResponsible for physically relocating and configuring existing equipment based on user needs. Must be able to lift 30 lbsProvide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipmentAbility to physically install and relocate equipment, including but not limited to unboxing, moving with a cart or dolly, plugging in to network and power in small or hard to reach spaces. Must be able to climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlCreates, updates, and reviews documentation. Location and Schedule:

Candidates must be able to work in the Brookfield, Wisconsin office. This is a part-time fall internship, which allows up to 22.5 hours per week. This position is from September through the end of December with the opportunity to extend based on performance.
