In this role, you will be responsible for defining our overall quality roadmap, with an emphasis on transitioning from manual to automated testing. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for more immediate process improvements that can enhance our testing efficiency and effectiveness.Your role will entail mentoring and coaching of our quality assurance engineers, and collaboration across the practice. You will work closely with the development, product, and operations teams to ensure that our quality objectives are aligned with our business goals and customer expectations. You will also be expected to define and implement quality metrics, standards, and best practices, and monitor and report on the quality performance and issues.
