The Strategic Information Bureau Body Worn Camera Unit seeks to fill multiple Administrative Aide positions. The Administrative Aide will act as a liaison and will provide department personnel training for the body worn cameras.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining the on-body camera database and storage of video files.Processing public records video requests and all City and County Prosecutor's video requests.Processing requests for law enforcement, criminal justice entities, and requests by redacting video.Daily tracking logs will be maintained in addition to complying monthly and quarterly reports of all video requests.Ensuring that all on-body camera users accurately upload/store videos in the Department's database and will compile and submit reports of inaccurate and/or incomplete information.Acting as a liaison with precinct personnel to ensure assigned camera equipment and assignment needs are being met.Work location: 620 W Washington St., Phoenix, AZ.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Excellent written and oral communication skills.Knowledge of Police Systems such as RMS and Dynamics 365.Ability to:

Provide an excellent customer service interaction.Manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.Interact with other Internal Departments.

SALARY

Pay Range: $19.54 - $35.08 per hour.

Hiring Range: $19.54 - $30.31 per hour.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Four years of experience performing clerical duties.OR Bachelor's degree in public or business administration or a related field.Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered.The City job description can be found here .All finalists for positions are subject to a criminal background check applicable to the department or position.Positions in the Police Department must meet the background standards that are appropriate to

Experience with/in:

Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.Microsoft Office Suite.Working with time critical deadlines within strict compliance with state laws, dept. policies and procedures.
